It was an honour and privilege to participate as one of the youngest members of the the largest private sector business delegation from Bangladesh to the Kindom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of our President at the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), Barrister Md Sameer Sattar.Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia have seen a rise in opportunities for cooperation since March, when a delegation led by Saudi Commerce Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi visited the Bangladeshi capital at the invitation of the government.To this effect, the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the Saudi capital of Riyadh.Apart from signing the instrument, more than 120 business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking meetings between Bangladeshi and Saudi businessmen were held.The 61 member delegation from Bangladesh comprised of investors, especially from IT, agriculture, infrastructure, logistics real estate, energy and power, tourism and hospitality, and education.The DCCI chief invited Saudi entrepreneurs to particularly invest in smart farming, IT, fintech, logistics and infrastructure sectors in Bangladesh.hashtag
