My best friend and mentor asked me recently what the best strategy would be to grow my company 10x. I couldn’t think of an immediate answer. He advised me to build a team of 10 future leaders in the organization who embody the company's culture and values. With the right values and synergy, they could grow the company far beyond 10x! As Steven Bartlett said in The Diary of a CEO: “When you have great people bound by great culture, the whole team becomes greater than the sum of its parts.” Therefore, the most important success factor in any company is the team. I’m grateful beyond words for mine!
